***SPECIAL NOTICE***:  All movies must be properly licensed or penalties to the host organization in excess of $10,000 may occur per movie if Studio’s were become
aware of an unlicensed film showing.

At the time of the event if FYF finds that a movie has not been properly
licensed we cannot continue with the event and no refunds will be given.

At their own request Disney Films cannot be shown for free
to the public from the months of May through August.
NO DISNEY MOVIES CAN BE SHOWN DURING THIS PERIOD.

FRONTYARD FEATURES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ATTAIN THE MOVIE RIGHTS OR THE DVD FOR THE PRESENTATION. THE HOST GROUP IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE FILM FOR THE EVENT.
